Processing Time:
Orders generally take 3–5 business days to process. However, this timeframe may be extended during holidays, new product releases, or for orders containing preorders, backorders, or other unforeseen delays. As a small business, occasional additional delays may occur, though please rest assured that our team works diligently to minimize these disruptions.

Shipping Time:
Once your order is processed, it will be handed off to USPS, UPS, or DHL the same day. Delivery generally takes 2–5 business days after shipping.

Expedited Shipping:
We prioritize expedited orders and work hard to process them as quickly as possible. While expedited orders are processed within 72 hours, this is faster than our standard processing time. Once processed, we use a faster shipping label to ensure quick delivery.

If we exceed the 48-hour processing window, we apologize for the delay and can offer a refund for the expedited shipping cost.

Large Items:
Large items, such as barber chairs, mats, and station equipment, are shipped via freight due to their size. You will receive a separate email with your freight tracking information. Please note that these items do not follow our standard shipping and processing timelines, as they are shipped via freight.

Sales Policy:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to high order volumes, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Unauthorized returns will incur a restocking fee. Once orders have been packaged, they cannot be canceled, and cancellations are subject to a 45% fee. Orders that have not been packaged may qualify for a refund or cancellation via store credit. Drop Shipping:
Some items may be shipped separately directly from our brand partners via drop shipping, resulting in multiple packages and tracking numbers. This allows us to offer a wider selection of products and quicker fulfillment times.

Free Gift Policy:

Free gifts are offered as a privilege and are not guaranteed with any order. They are available only while supplies last, and exclusions may apply.

To receive a free gift, it must be added to the cart at checkout and appear on the order receipt. If a free gift does not appear on the receipt, our fulfillment team will not be aware of it and will not be able to include it in your order.

Please note that free gifts may be automatically removed from your cart if they go out of stock or if the cart session times out before completing checkout. We are not obligated to provide a free gift if it does not appear on your confirmed order.

If a free gift includes variant selections (such as color or style), these selections are preference-based only. While we do our best to accommodate preferences, there is no guarantee that the exact color or style chosen will be received. Free gifts are fulfilled based on availability at the time of shipping.

Pre-orders

Definition:
When purchasing a preorder item, you are buying a product that is currently out of stock or will soon be available. Full payment is collected at checkout, and your order will be fulfilled when the product is in stock.

Shipping for Preorders:

  • Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items will ship together when the preorder item is ready.
  • For faster delivery of in-stock items, we recommend placing separate orders.
  • Alternatively, you may request split fulfillment by contacting us during business hours at customerservice@thebarberplug.com or call/text 214-304-8375.

Cancellations for Preorders:

  • Preorders can be canceled for store credit at any time before they are packed for fulfillment.
  • Once tracking progresses from "label created," cancellations are no longer possible, but you may request a return for a partial refund.
  • You may request cancellation by contacting us during business hours at customerservice@thebarberplug.com or call/text 214-304-8375.

Important Note:
Please ignore any “In-stock Ready to Ship” messaging on preorder items. If labeled as a preorder, the product will not ship until it becomes available. A tracking number will be provided ahead of shipment for your convenience, but this does not signify that the order has shipped.


Pick-Up Orders

If you select "Pick Up" during checkout, you will receive an email or text notification when your order is ready.


Package Protection

We strongly recommend purchasing additional protection at checkout to safeguard your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

Route Package Protection:
Route Package Protection offers one-click coverage at checkout and an easy claims process. You can file claims directly via Route Claims.

Default Insurance:
All orders are automatically insured up to $200 at no additional cost. If you choose not to purchase additional coverage and your package is lost, the shipping carrier will only reimburse up to $200. Shipping Liability:

International Orders

We currently do not ship orders outside the USA.
