Can I return or exchange items?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of any products purchased from our site at this time. All unauthorized returns will incur a 45% restock fee.

However, each case is handled individually. We may replace or refund products if:

  • They arrive with physical container damage, bottle defects, or defects in the label or product appearance.
  • You receive incorrect items.

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  1. Notify us within 2 days of receipt of shipment.
  2. Provide clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

For incorrect items, we will provide a free return label via email. Once the unused, incorrect items are returned to us, we will send out the correct items or issue a refund. Refunds will only be issued once the returned items are received. With help processing a return please reach out to us via email at customerservice@thebarberplug.com.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

  • Damaged items may be covered under shipping insurance. Please contact us at customerservice@thebarberplug.com for assistance.
  • Defective items require a claim to be filed with the manufacturer, as they are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. More details can be found on our Warranty Page.
  • If your item is a Barber Plug-branded product and still under warranty, you can contact us directly via email, and we will assist with starting a return or replacement process.

How do I cancel my order?
Effective January 15, 2025:

  • Orders may be canceled at any time before they are packed for fulfillment. Cancellations will be issued as store credit only.
  • Customers can cancel and edit their order on their own before it reaches fulfillment via the order editing link in their order confirmation email or on the order confirmation page.
  • Once an order has been packed, it cannot be canceled.
  • All Preorder items will only be refunded via store credit

My order was lost, damaged, or stolen!

  • If you added Route Protection at checkout, file a claim directly at Route Protection Claims. All you need is your order number and email.
  • If you did not purchase Route Protection, your order may be covered up to $200 by the shipping company. Contact us at customerservice@thebarberplug.com, and we will file a claim for you.
